T’ai Chi
Ch’uan (The Way of Health)
T’ai Chi Ch’uan is a series of movements linked
together, called “a From” characterised by slow flowing circular movements
and endeavours to involve the whole body in each movement as well as
concentrating the mind by focusing on breathing and internal energy
or Chi.
T’ai Chi Ch’uan has proved over and over
again to be one of the finest ways of improving health and creating
a deep peace of mind.
