Stress Control (Stress
reduction Techniques)
Aimed at both Employees and Employers to improve
the workforce wellbeing using Chinese Health Arts in order to reduce
the number of days lost to sickness and to prevent workplace incidents
and accidents from the Health and Safety aspect of working practices.
Working with Companies, Authorities and specific Groups has consistently
shown a significant decrease in stress related symptoms.
